By all means, if the sliders can be lowered down to 60days, i guess that will be better and make the activity rate on this site more promising. As rightly said,many people setup profiles here and after one time use, they never come back again. Such accounts may not be deleted out-rightly in 60 days, but may be termed and programmed INACTIVE or flagged "NOT SEEN IN PAST 60DAYS" or something! I believe employing this method makes it easier for user who are active to participate and be met. Profiles which are past 60days may be flagged DE-ACTIVATED, and such profiles may not be visible to active users. Even while the owner of such profiles logs in, they may be asked by CDFF admins to re-activate before their profiles may be visible to other active users.
That allows active users to interact with profiles that are readily active.Since individual users know the reason behind their registration here. I believe this approach will keep the site operational and reduce boredom.
Lastly, automatic mail services may be sent to the email of the users or an sms sent to the phone numbers used during registration to remind users of their activity and possible consequences, should their profile exceed certain days of inactivity. This way CDFF servers and its operations are enhanced.
This is saddening. Each time this had been mentioned or talked about,it has brought tears to my eyes and pain to my heart. Doesn't it now become so bad that anyone coming out of that country now gets thrown in a class with a bad name! Apostelle, i can understand your plight. Paul also added to this long before while he said....in 1 Cor 14:18 - "I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than you all:" King James 2000 Bible (�2003). He went on to say again in 1Cor 14:14: "For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful." King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.).
I have found that when I pray and I open my mouth to pray in a different tongue, while i do not know what I say in the flesh or natural, my spirit pulsate and bubble with a vest energy undefinable to my reasoning but birthing an assurance within my heart that i am communicating with the father of all spirit and as such with faith, I am close to being answered. I have found that praying in the Holy spirit releases my spirit and cut me away from understanding of the flesh, and purely concentrating me on the Grace of the Spirit. I see my flesh subdued, i see my doubt and anxiety brushed away and my fear dissolving.
1 Cor 14:4 - New Living Translation (�2007) "A person who speaks in tongues is strengthened personally, but one who speaks a word of prophecy strengthens the entire church. " 1 Cor 14:2 - "For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries." Friends, when we speak in tongue in the place of prayer, we do know our understanding is dead and in the spirit, that allows us to speak in mystery. Mystery unheard. Mystery un-understood by flesh and that empowers us the more to have the grace within to allow Spirit to completely absolved and assimilate us. It strengthens you as a believer and It charges or edifies you! Lets learn to speak and commune with our father in the same language of the spirit and our prayer life I can guarantee us will be lot better than it has been. Prayer, I had come to know, becomes more interesting when we pray in tongues!
I remembered when I first came up to this site. I was new and also lost. It was fast and pacey. I really didn't have anyone t talk to and none to talk to me. Everyone I tried to IM or mail, either ignored or leave the mails un-returned.
I was like "am i in a wrong place". Then out of a blue sky, Chrissy45 mailed me and said "Hi Welcome" and that was all....I felt glad I was remembered and maybe cared for by someone!

Considering this idea of Sex Before Marriage. I feel all divides will have its ideas and feels about it, but more importantly, the most important part of this is for us to look at the Word of God. The Word of God is the only sure way about it. NO other opinion or school of thought or reasons about it can make it any better than the word of God clear stated about it.

If we understand the import of 1 Cor 5:5" It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you,"
We can see that God's opinion on this is clearly DEFINITIVE and not SUMMARILY APPROXIMATED. God can't be clearer on this issue for his children.
And this honor of sex, is likened to when two legally married adults are permitted to worship their union by offering up their deepest and innate desires to themselves and should not be trifled or cheapened as "just games" or "getting cozy".

There is a fine line between a man who opened his past to you when you will have something to do with it, and when you will definitely have nothing to do with it. These man I believe had that assignment to do in the first place to know how to place a demarcate. Hence you saw him as "doing too much". For what its worth, if his life will have something to do with you, probably as a potential date or suitor or would be husband, then he's no wrong. According to DoveUpAbove, I believe it was in your duty to have pointed him to the major real deal and that is that he must ask God for forgiveness. Confess to man is secondary but to God is the main ideal. Confession to man may relief your mind but it does not forgive the trepass. Only God can. Our concerted effort should be to lead such men back to God and thats a window of opportunity cos it doens not happen all the time.

I think that's remarkable. Remarkable cos according to my words in reply to Industrious post, Christ had died for all Mankind including the Jews. So I believe the position and the stage is set for a Jew to see himself as a Jew and more GLORIOUSLY a CHRISTIAN, the very minute he accepts and take up the REDEMPTIVE work of CHRIST as his and follow on in it.
Until then, he will continue to see himself as a JEW and NOT CHRISTIAN. Remember a boy will call himself a MAN one day, when he gets to the point where he begins to see himself do the things of a MAN! Until then, he hangs on to his knowledge of himself as a BOY!
Industrious, you made some good and notable points. I believe Jesus died for both Jews and the Greeks. Eph 2:14 : For he is our peace - Jesus Christ has died for both Jews and Gentiles, and has become a peace-offering.
I call to mind that old song "What A Friend We Have In Jesus".... Jesus is the grand friend you have and who will not go. You made a good assertion that we can not afford to please everybody and then lose ourselves.
Again, if we look as Christians, the bible enjoined us to be at peace with all men as much as it lies in us. Actually quoted as saying in Rom 12:18, King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.) If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
If you decide on following the gospel. Then we are choicelessas our lives and wills are no more ours but God's and he directs them the way he wants......

Lets not forget, we had only heard from one party and the other party remained unheard, so making a judgement may be difficult. However there are men who will do that. So also are women who are specialist in this truancy.
