update: 2/18/12
Yep I am still walking about 2 miles daily, so thats about 60 miles a month. Belt is a few notches looser. And down a size, and I think almost down 2 sizes. Will have to test this out when I got shopping for pants again.
I dont diet cause those never worked for me and I dont weigh myself. Both of these things add pressure. All I am doing is walking 15 on my break at... |
