All is relatively easy to make and the steak would be eaten even if it got to more well done...a glass of red wine would be enjoyed only if we were good trusted friends. Posted : 13 Jan, 2011 11:00 AM If the man couldn't cook I could recommend several good restaurants that make an awesome open faced roast beef sandwich. Of course, he could always open the grill--shishkabobs, steaks, or burgers, with flame roasted onions, mushrooms, and green peppers on the side, corn on the cob or potatoes roasted in the coals, applesauce or fresh berries, fresh tomatoes, and toasted marshmallows for dessert... :eat: Post Reply

He fixes me chicken cacatori "sp", little Italian toasts with choped sun-dried tomatoes on top, salad with romaine lettuce and choped almonds in it, and we drink red Italian wine! Served with fresh spinach and roasted red peppers cooked in garlic, butter, bacon, and walnuts. Then for dessert fresh key lime pie. :eat: Post Reply
