Ok well that doesn't really answering the question lol I want to get married coz I want to have someone whom I can share for better or worse, someone to share everything, someone I want to try new things with (sex, bungee jumping, getting drunk lol) and he's still there to love and protect me =) I want someone who will drag me back to Jesus whenever I am not eager to, someone whom I can share on what God shared to me, someone whom I could tell him my deepest secrets I would never tell anyone but Jesus. Also, I want to have someone whom I can always call whenever I couldn't start the car's engine or my computer is acting weird :goofball: And I want someone whom I could help with when he is trying to wear his tie! On the serious side, that does show your commitment to wait until marriage for sex. I want to be married because I am tired of life being just about me. I know all about me, been around me all my life and done just about everything with myself. I�m done making myself happy, I want to make someone else happy. Post Reply

Other than that part of marriage, I want to get married because I want to have someone to share my life with. Being single is very lonely, and it's a type of loneliness that only a husband can take away...yes, God is "enough", but I think He gives us certain desires, and the desire for marriage is one of them. Two are not easily defeated and three (im paraphrasing now) can go into the ennemy camp and whoop up on ole Satan Its alot better for my children, cause seriously raising children is a job for mom dad and the Holy Spirit. I think that will be amazing too. But then I also thought that it would be amazing to learn patience!! haha @River- I LOVE Gone with the Wind!!!
