CatnipPosted : 27 Feb, 2011 08:22 PMyes I've given my cats catnip... however, very few of them really care. I've two that really react to it. I use it more as a way to attract them to new toys or new areas. The outside cats I use to attract them to the kennel for protection against the weather and the inside cats I use it to attract them to a new scratching post. |

CatnipPosted : 27 Feb, 2011 10:22 PMGive him a squeaky mouse! Ours does not get tired of "killing" it, because it is just to "lively". She gets lots of exercise and energy from playing with the "mouse". |

CatnipPosted : 27 Feb, 2011 11:10 PMI don't own a cat but I wouldn't give my dog dognip. He's fine being himself. Do they even make anything equivalent to catnip for other pets? |

CatnipPosted : 28 Feb, 2011 04:34 PMwell, my cats are not really into toys or catnip. however, pop open a can of catfood and they are all over it. open a can of tuna and they will climb the holder of the can. they get so blessed excited. so, would i consider it, sure. do i bother...not any more. when they really need a pick me up...pop a top tuna. |
