Tip #10 God can give you someone beyond your wildest dreams

Our dreams (and knowledge) are too limited. Just think back 10 years ago. We say stuff like "if I only knew then what I know now."
Theres a study that shows people becoming stagnant over the years. We can become complacent. We need to challenge our mind to learn new skills. This constant learning helps us prevent dementia (and boredom) as well.
When we keep seeking God, we definitely get out of our comfort zone. God teaches us to learn more, to love more, discern more, and pray more. And we need that (and more) to be in a healthy marriage. Soon, we may find ourselves saying " Lord I never asked or imagined those 1000 beautiful things in a mate, yet you gave me this person. Thank you Father! You're the best Matchmaker!!!"

L’D: you’re right. We seriously limit ourselves by our own willful ignorance. Hopefully mistakes made in our youth will be used to make us wise IF we resist willful ignorance, (the kind that got us messed up in the first place). One good thing however, assuming we continue to learn in humility, God will judge us only on the information we had at the time.

L’D: No doubt. Same thing goes for spiritual stagnation as well. When our love for God grows cold we become complacent and unwise (stupid). But there’s no boredom seeking God‼️Challenging: just when you think you’ve “arrived” spiritually you meet a test of life that proves otherwise.

L’D: God uses a mate to make us more like himself. Often this occurs when God exposes us to our weaknesses and our lack of love. Marriage is difficult. All the time we think we love and serve God. But God reveals our hidden pride and our lack of love for both God AND for the people we claim to love. Nothing does that better than marrying our cherished mate, so get married and humbly take the test☺️😇

God does not put Christian women with men who do not know what the Bible Supports and he continues to degrade women divorced older, younger and those that want to remarry.
Learn what the Bible supports and judge himself first.
It is likely the man talks with men of likemind and they do not know what good communication is with a Christian Woman on a Dating site. Or any other place.
He needs to Ask God for Deliverance of biblical ignorance.
God matches Chrstian Women with Christian men.
Otherwise Choices are made by the individual themselves and that Usually may end Up a MESS like many relationships.

Yes, a lot of people say, "if I only knew then what I know now." Many say that after they get married. Some come to that realization right away.
But PRAISE GOD we have foresight with one woman here. We know that we wouldn't want to marry her. Her poison is so frequent on these blogs that we all get to see how she would be in marriage.
If God would only show us the same favor with all people so we see what they are like before the mistake of marrying them. Thank you Moonlight for showing so much of yourself on this site in these forums so we can all see how you are like before marriaage.

Yet, I think you are so correct when we remain celibate out of our comfort zone and see in the Bible the path of most marriages (Proverbs 31:10, Ecclesiastes 7:28, Matthew 19:10) then we are as happy as a eunuch being told Isaiah 56:3-5. We might even think of Revelation 14:3-5.
3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
Yep! when we suffer through our loneliness and our celibate lives, we may take comfort in these Bible verses.
