God made woman of the man, for the man, for the glory of the man. He did a very good thing. There is no lack of misappropriations and misinterpretations of scriptures by the masses and the term "Help Meet" is not an exception. It comes from Genesis 2:18 "And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him." Going back to basic 4th grade English, we need to look up the words "help" & "meet" to define their meanings AND parts of speech. "Help" in the context is the noun which means an aid or assistant. "Meet" is an adjective. It means "suitable, proper, convenient, qualified." For a woman to say that she is a "Help Meet" makes no literal sense. It's the same as saying that she's an "assistant suitable" or a "help qualified" God made a help suitable for him. God made man in the image of God, for the glory of God. Therefore, you won't seek out what he says, nor will you listen to any man who repeats what Jesus said. You would replace it with some other teachings. In the matter of divorce and marriage after divorce, that is what you do. You disregard Jesus' words. You disregard Bible teachings. "Anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Men thinking themselves to be suitable helpmeets for other men. And the world is buying into it. But it is clear from scripture that God made us male and female to in this way involve us in his plan for family, and the gender roles are set. (Deuteronomy 22:5) Some want to mutilate the flesh to become someone other than what God made. Romans 1:26-27 deals with that. Post Reply
Handyman62 View Profile History	Help Meet For Him Posted : 12 Nov, 2025 12:20 PM Sadly WalkNTalk with women becoming less and less viable as help meets there will likely be more Adam & Steve relationships in the future which I'm sure falls within Satan's plans for the destruction of mankind. There was at least one study that showed homosexual relationships had the least amount of domestic violence while lesbian relationships had the highest level with heterosexual relationships landing somewhere in between. True Christain man know the Truth of the Word of God. Many inappropriate lies from you all on this Site. But there are biblical reasons for a divorce. If you do not understand or know that , the you again do not know the scriptures well as you think you do. CDFF has many divorced men profiles over 60+ and those that have put single also some divorced. Men who are older and single, have grown children on here. Never married legally though. Younger women want Younger men. Many are on site on the PD app. Point to yourself ..instead on constantly repeating same stupid arguments on the biblical from Way back on the forums. Post Reply

It's difficult to comprehend incomplete, grammatically incorrect sentences and unless you address someone specifically, your posts are in response to the original post author and you have made some false accusations against me. There is only one justifiable reason given to allow divorce and that is the hardness of the heart of the man. A women is never allowed to write a bill of divorcement because she belongs to the man and is his property, not the other way around. Men and women do not have the same rules in marriage, divorce and remarriage. God created man in his own image for the glory of God and God made woman of the man, for the man, for the glory of the man. Men and women are not equal in design, in the family,, in society or in this world. If you think that God's design for women is "degrading" then you have a serious heart problem. God ordained the man to have a woman as his help,, suitable for him. Men are permitted to have more than one living wife as well as concubines. A man is not permitted to marry another woman is he has divorced one for any other cause than fornication, according to Jesus, he would be committing adultery if he does. If a woman leaves her husband, the man is not bound in such cases and if he chooses to marry (which is not the best option), he has not sinned in doing so. Contrarywise, a woman is bound unto her husband as long as he liveth and is not permitted to remarry until her husband is dead. I know that many of the new Bibles have replaced gender specific language with gender neutral language with what appears to be an attempt to disguise the roles and rules between men and women. And many "Christian)" organizations also have jumped on the women's liberation movement to remove the distinctions between man and woman. Ye must be born again. If and man hath not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. The Spirit of Christ is the Spirit of truth and he will never lead anyone to stand in opposition of God's words which are the truth.
