It would take a significant amount of skill to do anything that would worsen the "Biden Economy". But notice the built in 'deniability' phrase that the writer used, -"could cause"- (I have heard that if you wait till it snows, then you go outside and take your shoes off and run around until you pass out that -"could cause"- it to rain small gold coins the next day!)
