ladywaterfall View Profile History	Why do most men have trouble simply apologizing? Posted : 29 Jul, 2025 01:20 PM I have worked in a normally designated a man's career most of my life. I have raised 4 sons. I taught them there is no shame in apologizing when you are wrong. Most men I have met really have a problem with apologizing. They make it worse by deferring the error to something you did or caused. I can only assume they think it makes look weak. I find to be just the opposite. Only a coward would not apologize when it was obvious they were wrong. Post Reply

Posted : 29 Jul, 2025 06:01 PM I find people in general from both genders are not natural to apologize or make an admission of wrong. Elton John sang "Sorry seems to be the hardest word." I'm sorry all the time. I apologize more than anyone in my family. Those that have cost the family most never apologize. Nor do I expect apologies from them. They are incapable of apologizing. The mother of my children does not apologize. An aunt does not apologize. An uncle does not apologize. Those that cost the most do not apologize. Such is life! Post Reply

The idea is that God does no wrong. Within scripture, the closest that God ever came to apologizing may be Job 2:3. Are we to forgive God? Does God say "Sorry"? Sorry for my asking. Post Reply

I see it is something in your profile that is important to you concerning the men you are drawn. God wants us to put him FIRST. He does not like being second. The Bible says to SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD. The Bible speaks of FIRST FRUITS and that we are to give our FIRST FRUITS to God. The idea is that Abel have a better gift. With every apology, there was a new apology. The guy was constantly apologizing for the things he said. He could not apologize without having something more to apologize for from his apology statement. He was a public figure always apologizing for offending some group. It was hilarious! If a person is not in the habit of sincerely, humbly and regularly confessing to God his daily sins and trespasses done against God, then it’s not likely the same person will humbly confess any wrong doing to persons of whom they’ve wronged. Posted : 4 Aug, 2025 01:30 PM It's women who have the most difficulty apologizing mostly because they almost never admit to doing anything wrong. They have gotten that way because they are almost never challenged by men or women. Men don't challenge their wives or girlfriends because they will punish him incessantly for doing so. Men who are looking for a little something, something will put up with the dishonestly from women to be able to get at that. Many women think that men doing normal male behavior equates to him doing something wrong and so has no reason to apologize and real men won't. Hen pecked or symmpy men will so women need to recognize the men they are dealing with and whether he truly has a real reason to apologize or is she just being unrealistic with her expectations. I was married to a woman who never did anything wrong while i would man up and apologize for things. Problem was she would throw them all back in my face. I think i remember her saying sorry once in 18 years. But it is really those who don't have a heart and are insecure that act like this. Post Reply

Whether you have or haven't you'd have to be a complete idiot to make a statement touting that I think all women are at fault for everything. So let me clear something up right here.
