aceets View Profile	Any wondering minds? Posted : 13 Aug, 2009 05:14 PM Does God have a sense of humor? Why of course he does! Psalm 2 speaks of God looking from on high a at the impotence of the nations. Also, there are a lot of passages which contain a good amount of irony. Just look at the first two chapters of Exodus and see how irony is used by God in order to make a total fool out of pharaoh. He wants to eliminate a population explosion by killing male babies. He wants to limit sexual intercourse by work. He knows so much about child-birth that he instructs the experts in the business to "look upon the pair of stones" in order to discover the gender of the baby. He wants to "act wisely with the Israelites" but all his actions are just contrary to that What a fool! Read the passage and find the rest of the ironies for yourself! And, may I add, doing this is a lot of fun! Blessings Aceets
