There are so many different "versions"; I can't keep track of

them all.

A friend gave my daughter a new Bible ( I'm not sure which

version) and during one of our " reading scripture out loud

times", ( we take turns---- she'll read awhile; then myself );

we realized that what she was reading was completely different; just a word or two changed the entire meaning of

the verse.

I do think x-gansters and x-prostitues would greatly benefit

from KJV.I've been blessed to be able to fellowship with

several who have; and after just a few months of knowing

the Lord, they're so "on fire" for God, many of us "old - timers", could learn from them!

As for those with learning disabilities, no matter what version

they have,I think they'd still have trouble reading, but through Christ Jesus, the un- learned can become the learned. The Word of God is Sharp and Powerful----------the

Holy Ghost is our Teacher.

"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to

ALL men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given

him." James 1:5

not exactly a broken heart, but just wanting to know why........

Dwayne,

Doing your best to co-operate with God?; Dear one, please

put your trust completely, entirely, and Only in Him. If one

of your heart's desires is to find a mate and Jesus is First in

your life; you'll meet her in due time. You may not know who

or where she is; but He does; continue to trust.

Focused on God and JustCause, both, gave you some very

good advice. You said you don't have much of a life........If

you need someone to talk to, I'm sure many here ,including

myself, would welcome your friendship. So hang in there----

the email from "her" could be the next one you receive:glow:

Sweet70,

I hope your experience on this site will be a pleasant one. I

have to disagree that Guys don't want someone real and genuine::; I think they do: only superficial wants superficial.

As for the racist thing; I've found the majority of people here

are very non-judgemental.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one

in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28

God Bless you both in your search!

Love in Christ,

Deborah

Bruce,

As I read between the lines; and God allowed me to "see" in

Spirit; I know your opinion on this topic mirrors my own.

I heard a Preacher say Satan was "stealing" The Word of God

from right under our noses; through all the different "versions" of the Bible. What do you think?

God Bless You; JustCause,

May God fill your heart with His peace. I'm praying that your

stay in Honduras will be a tremendous success, and that you

and those around you will be blessed abundantly. Thank

God for young people, like you, who are willing to go the

extra mile to help others. You are in my prayers.

De Je Vous, Anyone?
Posted : 15 Jul, 2008 05:43 AM

Yes, I've experienced De Je Vous on sevaral occasions-------

working in my garden, having a conversation with someone,

driving down a highway. In the middle of doing something

quite simple; I've had an overwhelming feeling I had done

the exact same thing in the exact same place. The feeling

is hard to explain but I'm sure many people have felt it. It's

almost like re-living an event!

The reason we have this experience remains a mystery to me; just one of the many questions that will be answered

when we shall KNOW, even as we are known.

God Bless,

Deborah
