Prophetic; whew! Take a breath. Some of those verses you've miscontexualized. The thing about these 66 Books is: In order to understand them correctly the reader must be insipired by the same Spirit as the writer.
Yes he must be spirit filled to be able to see things from the Spirit that inspired the writer. Otherwise the letter would strangulate the reader under the disguise of theology. God is better experienced than being studied. Encounter!

1a. And how does the type of “spirit filling”, of which you speak, enable one to “see things” from the Spirit that inspired the writer?

In other words, in your view, does the “experience” you mention precede the “study” or vise versa?
3a. How do you know for certain when or if you’re truly “experiencing” God?

prophetic7744 and Sadlup both of you post such long links that you get away from the topic. You make the Bible very difficult when you try to interpret what you think you have read. The Bible is quite literal, with many examples given by Christ and God so that even the most simple person can understand and be saved. I see no reason to be so lengthy.
