This might go against my better judgement; but I've decided to respond to your notion that you can elevate Yahshua above YHWH.
I don't know how to break this down into any simpler terms.
As Yahshua is obedient to YHWH and his laws; obedience to Yahshua, is obedience to YHWH's laws.
