I read so many of the ladies profiles on here talking about how bad all the guys are and you're probably right on most of them, but I know that I am a good man. I have never been judged more in my life before even being given the chance to know who I am than I have from this Christian site. When did we forget manners and treating people the right way. And for the guys show some class and treat the ladies with respect with your messages. If someone takes their time to send to a respectful message be kind and respond even if it's thanks but I don't think were are a match. Is that too much to ask for Post Reply

Posted : 23 Oct, 2019 10:37 AM I thought I had met "The One" on this site, but without going into great detail, around the time he went to prison I decided he was definitely NOT "The One". I've made a couple of friends, and we chat frequently. They have made it clear that they would like a relationship, but I'm just not interested in more. Beyond that, there have been lots of scammers, young guys in their twenties saying they like older women (uhm...no.), and guys who get blocked before I even have a chance to respond. The most frustrating for me are the guys who start chatting, and they seem great for a couple of days, and then all of a sudden they start making sexual comments, or wanting to see pictures of my legs in stockings and high heels, or of me in a bathing suit, or telling me about their, uhm, "attributes" and asking for pictures of mine. They get blocked immediately. I don't have time for the middle school stupidity. We're all supposed to be grown adults that know how to respect each other. I think I'm a really nice lady, and that's what I hear from other people all the time. In fact, I often hear "You're too nice". I've come to believe that most men my age don't actually want nice, or spiritually sound, or committed... they want a retired supermodel who still looks hot in a bikini or in fishnet stockings and stilettos. I sometimes wonder if these guys have access to mirrors at all, because they're no Chippendales dancers, themselves. So in answer to your question about whether this site has worked for anyone... it hasn't helped me find what I'm looking for, but it has definitely helped me identify what I DON'T want, so I'm grateful for that, because I obviously needed to learn that lesson. Posted : 23 Nov, 2019 03:44 PM Well, my 19 year old daughter received messages from about 30 guys in her first two to three days. Started talking to three of them and after a couple days figured that one was special. We'll see what happens. Even if its nothing, she's had the nice experience of meeting and talking to people, which normally she doesn't get enough of as we live in a small town. For me? Ummm... Better I *don't* comment maybe? Well, I'll just say that about twice a day I get the chance that I can help someone get a Schengen Visa (where's a good eyeroll emote when you need one :P lol). Partly my fault for being traditional and expecting a guy to reach out to me (who winks? that seems way, *way* too forward...). Grew up with 1950s values (my parents were older... and formal amoung their peers to begin with). So, umm... yeah. Useful for daughter... seems useless for me. (Well, I'd rather get zero messages then get the kind of messages that I'd get on secular sites, so... c'est vraiment un peu meilleur n'est pas?) Post Reply
