Good question!

Where is the love?

Chances are we will not find it on these sites. Nor will we find it on the internet.

The reality is that most dating sites have now become a hub for people seeking casual sex or easy money. I think it’s better to focus more on getting out socially nothing beats meeting people the old fashioned way…:-)

I have no doubt there are many good men on this site. But those men aren't the ones that women contact. They are attracted to fake profiles with pictures of attractive men that say all the right things and these are the fake profiles that many women are attracted to. The honest truth is you have no room to complain because you bring it on yourself.

If you're contacting or are being contacted then you need to pre screen these people before you give out any information.

I almost always know a person is a scammer by the words they use or in most cases just by looking at their profile. It's very rare that I don't know right away if someone's a scammer but it does happen but still eventually I figure it out.

I will admit it's easier for men to know who's a scammer because that's pretty much the only people who message us. Nevertheless pretty much all scammers speak the same way. I think many speak from a script and can easily be exposed just by the questions you ask. Most know nothing about what is written in your profile so ask them about your profile and most will just ignore the question and read something from their script. In fact many questions will be answered with a generic response.

Never give out your email or phone # until you have vetted who ever you're talking to.

And start looking at men's profiles that just look like average guys. Contact them because they are going to be the best ones on here.

If scammers didn't write me, no one would write me at all, but I have enjoyed a few brief correspondences with scammers. They are soon to ask for money. Then the correspondence is soon to end. Funny how their details change so quickly. Often their parents have passed. Then suddenly a parent is raised from the grave. And the age of their children leaps. And They write that the have no kids, then write about their kids. Funny!

On the bigger more organized scammer operations you're likely going to be communicating with at least 2 people. The first person you talk to to has the job of getting your contact information. If you give it out then the second person is going to try and get something out of you like money, gift cards or maybe the deed to your house. If you resist you might get a 3rd person who has a better track record of being able to con people out of their money.

What people need to understand is there are large and small businesses in several 3rd world countries who make their living off scamming people in western countries. They literally have rooms full of people sitting at computers doing nothing but trying to contact people through social media sites like CDFF and their whole purpose is to liberate ignorant people of as much money as they can.

The best thing a person can do to protect themselves is to be skeptical about everybody who contacts you. Whether it be online, by phone or through the mail because 99% of cold contacts are likely from scammers.

I always ask incoming “persons of interest” to explain what they’ve done to prepare for the coming wrath of God against unrepentant sinners.

If that doesn’t break the ice it will at least melt it.

Usually that line of reasoning eliminates some people but then there are still others who hang on longer.

They seem to think swallow responses like, yeah I believe in Jesus will do, (which means the person has approached the level of demon faith).

The demons believe and even tremble—says James 2:19.

But then again, if a person just “believes” but doesn’t “tremble” then perhaps the demons have a deeper theological sense than that person.

I guess most scammers don’t care that much about repentance.

Unfortunately, many of those calling themselves Christians don’t either.

Most women, including scammers, responding to my profile seem to have a very shallow “faith” (if you can even call it a faith).

That’s sad because pastors have a God ordained responsibility to make sure that each member of their flock understands the wrath of God and what one needs do to avoid it.

LittleDavid I think you may find with any Biblical question you ask can be answered by Ai. That's not to mean you can't spot an Ai response. I say that because I was communicating with someone on here and one of the things that scammers will do is be extremely agreeable about everything I throw at them so I threw a Biblical question out. It took about 20 minutes and what I got was several paragraphs of this beautifully polished response which was not written at all like anything previously seen from this person. In fact I don't know anyone who writes like that. So my conclusion was it was Ai generated. I think we are seeing a lot of that now and will see a lot more in the future.

I think you’re right about that.

A lot of programed algorithms sent to a large number of users. If they can get at least one gullible with deep pockets they’ve hit the lottery
