Once again Adam, Peter is not preaching the heresy of “sinless perfectionism” that you believe.

Peter is simply admonishing listeners to cease from sin, not to become “sinlessly perfect”, because no person can be sinlessly perfect until they die and are glorified. And your proof of not being sinlessly perfect, Adam. You sinned a huge number of times in just the last hour!!!

Adam, you’re doing exactly like your father Prophetic 7744. All you do is scatter the same false posts all over the forums and never answer questions

Adam, once again you misunderstand scripture.

Any rational person knows they sin daily. You’re not rational so you believe you’re sinlessly perfect even though posts clearly display evidence you still sin.

When Paul speaks about sin not having dominion, he’s speaking about the person’s daily victory over sin through the process of Holy Spirit sanctification. This is a process. Even though God has declared us perfect (justified) in heaven we must still endure the sanctification process which involves daily confession of sin, becoming holy and growing each day in discipline and submission to the Holy Spirit.

This is what it means in Philippians 1:6 “...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Adam, your error is thinking you’re already sinlessly perfect and that you never need to confess daily sin. This false belief itself is a very serious sin.

Adam, Paul is obviously not claiming sinless perfectionism.

When a person becomes a Christian he is made perfect” in the eyes of God in heaven (this is called justification). Jesus’ perfect life has been transferred to the person while the person’s sinful life has been transferred to Jesus who bore the penalty for the person’s sin.

But while living on earth, a justified (saved) person still lives in his sinful flesh, in other words, the justified person still has a sin nature. This is what Paul speaks about in Romans 7 and in other places

The justified person, while living on earth, is being brought through a process known as “sanctification” (a training and discipline in righteousness).

Only when a person has died and is glorified will he become completely perfect.

Your error is believing that you are now sinless an perfect even while living in your sinful body and even while you continue to sin as evidenced in your posts.

You constantly disprove your false teaching (sinless perfectionism) by displaying your sin for all to see on the forums
