I was invited to the movies by this guy. My son and his girlfriend went with us. When we got to the movies, he went to pay for the tickets by taking off his shoe. In his shoe was his money. Can you imagine the look on "our" face and those standing in line? You could hear people and making all kinds of remarks. My son & his girlfriend pretended they weren't with us and went to the back of the line; leaving me there with him. Boy, did I wish I had a paper bag over my head that night! Is that weird enough?

the strange date I DIDN"T go on, (and so glad I didn't) was when a good girlfriend sugested I go out with a friend on her's from work. not a bad guy, just real country. Well, I almost found out, how country!
He asked me out. I wasn't real interested, but didn't want to hurt my girlfriend, his good friend too. So, when he asks, I CLEARLY told him, "not this weekend, maybe next."
I went that Friday to school play, with then 8yrs old daughter.
When I got to work Monday, I found out he had come to my house! In his truck, with Ma, Pa, Granny, and Brother and Dog in back of truck!!!
I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! They waited, but the truck was overheating!and Granny was hungry, so they when to Hardee's and went home.

Ok, here's my story.
I met this guy on Craigslist (I know!!) and we agreed to meet for coffee. His ad said he was an attorney and I work in the legal field, so I thought that it would make for an interesting date. Little did I know that what he meant when he said let's meet for coffee was actually "let's walk my dog." (I guess that's some sort of attorney lingo that I know nothing about.) YES, he showed up with his dog and that's what he did, we walked his dog! I got all dolled up just to walk a dog. LOL! And that's not the worst thing. We had exchanged pics and it was pretty obvious when we met in person that he had not sent me a current picture. He looked like 10 to 15 years older in person. On top of that, when we finally had a coffee, I paid for it, he did not even offer to pay for it. And lastly, he asked if we could go back to my place. I never went out with him again.
