Alligator View Profile	Verses Proving the Holy Spirit is Equal with God Posted : 24 Mar, 2019 09:20 PM I have never seen people list link after link after link and then pretend to actually understand the meaning. The Bible is not difficult to understand, and persons are not meant to "interpret" it. Gods WORD is self-explanatory. To write so much and understand so little must make it very difficult to talk with other people and offer them the chance to receive salvation.

We went "out" a few times, a movie, supper, a BBQ at my co-workers house. Then he invited me to his friend's house with about 16 other people. After some yard volleyball, and we were eating, the host told which porn film he had rente for the evening. I could not believe what i heard. a few discreet questions netted me the fact that after food, we were to all go to the living room and as a group watch a porn film and the couple had made their bedrooms available to everyone. I felt sick. I told my friend I didn't feel well, and I was going home. He walked me to the car and apologized for the situation, meaning he was completely aware of it when he invited me. That ended the friendship. NONE of these people were Christians. I have thanked God many times over the years that I drove my own car.
Alligator View Profile	Enslaved by Debt. Proverbs 22:7 Posted : 21 Mar, 2019 08:04 PM The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender. Thus, says the proverb...and it is true. My dad taught me to always pay myself first...whether its $10 or $100. Keep back something for yourself. Then pay what you owe. There is a difference in WANTS and NEEDS. If you are in debt, you have possibly purchased what you want, instead of only what you NEED. I see people putting groceries on credit cards, and half of what they buy is sweets, beer or processed foods. Not much actual good-for-you food. The Bible is correct, you can become enslaved to debt. What a worry. What a waste. Beginning now, THINK before you buy or take out a loan.

( I realize men are supposed to answer this question, but i don't see lots of responses, so am jumping in)

Sometimes its better to give a simple example when the listener is not comprehending. Good Grief, so MANY scriptures are listed, yet no one is paying any attention, therefore, the need to give an example of how 3 can be one.

Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, but they are not three gods but only one God. The Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Spirit, the Spirit is not the Father, but each is God individually and yet they are together the one true God of the Bible. - The 3 make up the one. *** for those too dense to understand, I personally am a mother, a daughter and a wife. yet I am only one person. Get it? three in one.

I learned long ago it is not necessary to do that. WAIT til you feel ready. They are being rude by trying to push you. Safety first whether you are driving a car or looking for a new friendship.

A biblical canon or canon of scripture[1] is a set of texts (or "books") which a particular religious community regards as authoritative scripture. Many "religions" like to add their own interpretation and add "books" to the Bible. This in itself is a sin. Deuteronomy 4 is a place to read and also in Revelations. Those who add to or take away from God's word are sinning when they do this.

Alligator View Profile	Christian Dating Posted : 19 Mar, 2019 08:24 PM MOST arguments/disagreements are about RELIGION, MONEY, and POLITICS. That is a lot to be stubborn about. It's so important to have a Christian bf/gf/spouse because that means you can have a DISCUSSION instead of an argument. You can enjoy going to church together. You have similar life styles already. You can pray together. Different religions have different ideas, and many of those ideas are false. So it IS important to consider who you are spending time or your life with.
